I like five ingredient recipes!

I tried a new recipe this past week that was easy and delicious, so I thought I would pass it on. No I don't have pictures because my family gobbled these up!

Farmhouse Barbeque Muffins
Original Recipe:
10 refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 pound hamburger
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

What I used:
-8 refrigerated biscuits ( I didn't realize I bought eight instead of ten)
-1 pound hamburger
-1 yellow onion (cooked with hamburger)
-Enough Cookie's Sweet Hickory BBQ sauce to cover meat
(Yes, I love homemade, but who has time?)
-As much 2% sharp cheddar cheese as I could pile on

Separate dough into 10 biscuits; flatten into 5-in circles (I skipped the flattening and just smooshed). Press each into the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin cup; set aside. In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and chili powder; stir until smooth (or just grab Cookie's). Add to meat and mix well. Divide the meat mixture among biscuit-lined muffin cups, using about 1/4 cup for each (I had too much to fit, so I froze the rest for a quick lunch meat for hubby). Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from tin and serving. This was the hardest part. May have only been 30 seconds!
